Saturday was my sister Nicky’s last day in the UK. We went into town and went to the National Gallery and saw some Van Gogh and Degas paintings.
Nicky came with Paul and I to Australia House to vote in the upcoming Federal election. I was excited about going there because it’s where Gringotts Bank in the Harry Potter films was filmed!

We went up to Hampstead but didn’t really have time to go to the Heath but we had lunch in a pub and got a double-decker bus back down into town. Nicky enjoyed catching them about town – they’re a good way to see London.
We went to Heathrow Airport with her and it was very sad saying goodbye – we both cried. Then I cried a lot on the tube on the way home.
