An Australian federal election is coming up…

the Angel of the North

Paul, Nicky and I got home this afternoon from our five-day road trip of England and Scotland and we’re off tomorrow morning to Paris for three days. I thought I should upload some photos from our trip so I went with the magnificent photos of the Angel of the North. I have created a set on my flickr page.

You might just be able to make out me and Paul at the angel’s feet!

The Angel of the North is in Gateshead, just south of Newcastle in the north of England. We stayed in Newcastle last night because I wanted to see it and it didn’t disappoint. It was just amazing.
