The ICA and some Craftacular stuff

Paul and I will be visiting the ICA twice this week – there is a members’ viewing on Tuesday night, and we’re going to hear some Detroit techno accompanied by NASA images of Saturn, which sounds pretty cool, I hope it’s not a disappointment.

Jen Smith is coming to town this weekend and I’m looking forward to seeing her.

On Saturday Bust magazine is having a Christmas Craftacular which I’m really excited about:
20 Phoenix Road, London
Near Euston Station

Shop, dance and be Merry! BUST magazine brings you an all-day, all-night shopping and music extravaganza featuring the nation’s hottest DIY talent. Down some drinks as you learn to craft and listen to DJs while you brwose the handmade wares, from jewellery and clothing to home decor and cards. Don’t miss: Learn to Stitch and Knit! // Tatty Devine Craft Clinic! // DJ Sets from Vinyl Vendettas, Golden Shivers, Shellac Sisters and Sheila B! // Goodie bags for the first 100 attendees, raffle, and more! Admission: £ 2

And Amanda (who I worked with at Chapman Taylor) is having a farewell thing Saturday night – she is going back to Australia.
